- Emphasis on Pre-sales role such as product presentation, project report, Proof of Concept (PoC), competitive analysis, and RFP & tender documents.
- Provide technical solutions according to customer requirements.
- Provide the technical consultant and product update to sales, resellers, and end users.
- Develop and provide suitable training courses to improve product presentation skills for sales and partners.
- Study and evaluate competitive product information.
- To be certified for Professional Certificate in networking and security of responsible products.

Qualifications:

- Thai Nationality
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or IT related fields.
- Knowledge in IT infrastructure, network, network security, and virtualization.
- Strong technical skill on network and network security products such as firewall, antivirus, encryption, and load balance server, etc.
- Minimum 2 years experiences in pre-sales function of network and network security products
- Implementation or service experience in network and security products such as A10, Sophos, etc. is advantage.
- Required skill(s): Pre-sales product presentations, product documentation, and competitive analysis.
- Good interpersonal communication, high responsibility, enthusiastic to explore new technologies.
- Good command of spoken and written in English.
- Own transportation is advantage

- Manage Corporate Identity to ensure brand standards and brand image.
- Initiate, develop, and manage all marketing communication materials such as advertisements, product brochures, corporate profiles, promotional leaflets, direction posters, newsletters, invitation cards, sales PowerPoint presentations, and promotional gifts.
- Provide direction and leadership to vendors, agencies and internal creative staff to ensure appropriate creative development, execution, production, and timely delivery.
- Develop, manage, update company website which follows by brand guidelines with HTML and graphic design programs such as page data, product images, banners, and etc.
- Collaborate with Database Marketing team and Marketing Planning team to develop automated e-mail communications to prospects and customers.
- Implement and manage B2B social media strategy to build an online community, generate positive word of mouth and positive brand image.
- Monitor and analyze website and social Media’s stats to watch for trends and make improvement adjustments.
- Assist with organizing corporate events internally and externally including designing exhibition layout, graphic display, and making sure that the exhibition is an excellent representation and complied with corporate identity.
- Involved in day-to-day marketing and communication responsibilities such as internal communication broadcast, product information updates, and other duties as assigned by Marketing Communication Manager.
